NAAAP Chicago President to speak at Higher Education Recruitment Consortium Conference May 21

Rose Olea, NAAAP Chicago President, will be a panelist at the "Best Practices in Diversity Recruitment and Retention of Faculty and Staff" topic sponsored by the Greater Chicago Higher Education Recruitment Consortium.

This conference will be held at the University of Chicago from 8:00AM to 3:45PM.

This all day innovative conference will start with an engaging keynote address on From Silos to Sustainability: An Integrative Approach to Creating an Inclusive Climate. The other facets of the conference will include a showcase of multiple diversity case studies, three provocative interactive panel discussions, legal briefs, and a break-out session on the utilization and pros and cons of affinity groups. In addition, this opportunity will provide attendees with a powerful network forum to communicate with colleagues from other universities. Attendees are sure to leave the conference with a wealth of valuable knowledge and new professional contacts.
