On Friday, November 25, "Black Friday" 2011 - the biggest shopping day of the year, BACP will launch a consumer protection campaign, "Heads Up on Holiday Shopping: What to Know Before You Go." This campaign will provide consumers with information on how to make good choices while shopping and protect them from scams, both on-line and at retail stores.

Time: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Who: BACP and partnering agencies the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and The Greater Southwest Development Corporation will be on hand to provide consumer information on shopping tips and how not to fall prey to consumer fraud during holiday shopping.
