NAAAP Chicago Event Recap
18

NAAAP Chicago helped raise more than $5,500 to help support the American Red Cross of Greater Chicago. Together, in celebrating community service and creating awareness, we helped Chicagoland continue preventing, preparing for, and responding to emergencies. Being our second annual event with the Red Cross, it was great to see support from over 180 attendees and we were proud to once again celebrate the Asian culture in Chicago!

We appreciate Griffin Lounge providing the perfect venue and great drink specials. Thanks to DJ Huu T. Ly for donating his talent and providing the great beats, District 5 jewelry for displaying their gorgeous jewelry accessories, Ra Sushi for appetizers, as well as Tamarind Sushi and Southern Wine & Spirits for providing the sake tasting. The AKIRA fashion show, with hair and beauty by Zazu Hair Salon & Day Spa really made the event come alive.

If not for the volunteer models, planning committee and event volunteers, which included many employees from Accenture's Asian Group, this would not have been as nearly a successful event as it turned out to be.  Thank you for all your support!
