2017 ERG Summit

ERGs: Bringing Value Back to the Business
August 17, 2017

NAAAP’s annual ERG Summit is a one day conference that catalyzes the formation and performance of Asian Employee Resource Groups and Business Resource Groups (collectively referred to as ERGs).

NAAAP-Chicago’s Asian American Group Leaders Program consists of a network of Asian Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Business Resource Groups (BRGs), and Multicultural Diversity Councils (MDC) across the Chicagoland area. This year’s ERG Summit is proudly organized by AAGL Members.

The 2017 ERG Summit will leverage the potential of ERGs for individual and organizational success and align ERGs with business objectives. Speakers will include Executive Champions and ERG Leaders from various industries.
