Chicago’s NAAAP Wellness program emphasizes the health and resilience of the individual, so they may effectively lead the communities they serve professionally and personally. We’re dedicated to sharing ways to build healthy habits to help feel and be our best.

From eating the right foods to setting healthy boundaries, each month we’re inviting guests to share ways to build wellness. Here are a few we’ve hosted so far!

Join us every 3rd Tuesday for virtual yoga led by Vanessa De Leon, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Self Reclaimed.
Join us every 4th Wednesday to volunteer in-person at the Common Pantry.
